Do you buy single pieces or only bulk?

Yes, you can buy both single pieces and bulk orders. All orders are accepted via our website only.

Bulk orders require a minimum of 40+ pieces.

Yes, we offer additional discounts on bulk orders. For more details, please connect with our team.

No, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid.

Generally, it takes 2-3 business days to prepare your order before dispatch. Delivery time 5-7 days depending on location.

Returns and Exchange

If you want to return/replace a product on jakobin , please follow these steps:

If you choose to pay Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited either in the form of E-vouchers and/or an NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer we would require the following details:

We take anywhere between 5-7 working days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds or can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request within 7 days of product delivered. You will also have the option to choose a refund for the product.

Yes, House no., building no, street number & pin code can be modified. These changes are only possible, before order is at the “Pending” stage.

 All Jakobin impex orders are shipped from our shop in Surat, India, to the shipping address provided by the customer through our courier partners, which include Blue Dart, DHL, Delhivery, and others.
