Return Policy
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we believe is at the best price the customer can get. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedures for it. However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered.Return Intimation: To initiate a return, exchange or cancellation, you can:

Please ensure that you contact us within 5 to 7 days from the date of delivery. When sending an email, please make sure to include the following details:
- Order Number
- Courier Docket Number or AWB Number
- Reason for Return
The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked at our end.Â
Please mention the Order ID and Return ID of the returned product on the package.

For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs accordingly.
You must share a scanned copy of the courier bill/receipt with us at  support@jakobininpex.com.
Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:
- Genuine quality issues
- Packages lost in transit
- If a wrong item has been delivered to you
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Design and colour variations
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition
Mode of Refund
For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.Our refund takes around 5 to 7 working days after initiating the same date.
Product images and Unboxing video required.
- We require product images and Unboxing video in the below mentioned cases:
- Defective product received .
- Wrong product received .
- Products different from websites/don’t look the same.
- Incomplete order received.Â

General Returns Policy
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and cancellation are limited to direct sell by us to you and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sell. Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery provided they are in the original packaging and unwashed, unopened, unused and undamaged.Â
